Q – How long will my order take to be delivered?
A – Your order will be delivered as per your chosen method.
Express – 1 to 2 days
Standard – 3 to 5 days
International – 1 to 7 days
Q – How long do I have to wait for my refund?
A – Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the goods back into our warehouse. The card that you purchased the items on will receive the refund within 3/4 working days.
Q – Can I order over the phone if an item is out of stock online?
A – Unfortunately we are unable to accept orders by telephone or e-mail. We therefore ask that you order your desired items only by way of the ordering procedure on the <BRAND NAME> online store.
Q – Can I return an item I have bought online to my local retailer?
A – No, sorry you can only return the item back to us at the online store. You can find full details of how to do this in the return information
